![]() ![]() ![]() Lovely images of a loving couple, the beach, a baby, an angel in a cemetery. The trailer for If Tomorrow Never Comes by Lisa Chalmers is super simple. The script highlights an amazing premise, and the imagery pulls it all together with rough, ugly, beautiful and dangerous pictures that highlight the plot of the book. The music is gritty and anguished and the wailing of the vocalist absolutely perfect. The first time I watched this video trailer for Very Bad Things by Ilsa Madden-Mills, I hit "replay" and ate it up all over again. I love it just as much the second time around. So, what am I reading? I'm enjoying a re-read by my favorite author Shannon McKenna, Fade to Midnight. ![]() I cannot believe the summer went so quickly and I still have an electronic TBR pile that will probably crash the Interwebs. Oh, the weeping and wailing at my house! Do you hear it? That's the sound of two kids knowing that they will return to school in a week. ![]()
